Unorganised to the point you question there ability to be manager or supervisor. No people skill a loy of back stapping. Rude and dismissive mangers and staff in the office. Its there way or no way, they don't take anyone else's experience or knowledge in consideration when problems happen. If they listened there would be no problems.
