well where to start, i endured 5 long years at mears before taking my redundancy, the company is a joke, i recieved next to no training in the 5 years i was there, the small amount of training i did get, was there in house rubbish which counts for nothing in the real world. i was made to drive 200 to 300 miles a day as the planners were as much use as a chocolate fire guard! management were usless, health and saftey is non existant and any of your concerns were quickly swept under the carpet, our manager was more intrested in the young women in the office than sorting out silly issues like asbestos, all i can say to anyone wanting to join this contract is... AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
