I found Measurabl’s review page to be shocking and not the experience I have had as an employee at Measurabl so I felt pulled to provide a review. I understand and can empathize for people who have been let go from Measurabl. It is a terrible feeling. I thank you for your contribution and wish you the best in your career. Measurabl is a good company, doing good for the industry, and has a great outlook. This is the first time in many people’s career that the macro environment is full of headwinds. Tech has seen layoffs across the board, the key metrics a business is measured on has changed, and it is no longer an employee market. Sustainability and tech has risen to a new level of sophistication and innovation that requires constant self education to remain at the top of your game to remain relevant and impactful in your role (at any company). Measurabl’s leadership team is plug into the issues and the opportunities. They are open to discussing both which I find helpful. With open and honest communication and a commitment to a cross-functional strategic plan, Measurabl is well positioned for the future. Pros: 1. A management team that cares if you care 2. Thoughtful strategy and execution of a 3 year strategic plan 3. New business being closed weekly 4. Committed, friendly, and smart teammates 5. Above market benefits 6. Flexible work environment
