Do not work here. The new owner laid the whole staff off after not communicating to us that there was a lawsuit and strung us along. The management (which survived the layoff) are the source of complacency and make this an awful place to work. This Meati team has stripped benefits, not paid approved pay increases, missed paychecks, gaslit hourly employees as to when pay would come, deflected blame, wouldn't order supplies to keep operations running, micromanaged, silenced employee's ability to communicate, lacked professionalism, lacked empathy, created an Us-Against-Them environment, never communicated decisions, actually they just don't communicate, will not listen to advice, will come into a situation and blindly try to change things when things were doing just fine, and could not plan anything to save their life. I am still waiting on my final paycheck and I think it will be the wrong amount owed.
