• Senior leadership is largely absent and disconnected from day to day realities, showing little to no effort to address steadily declining employee morale. Instead, there's a pattern of downplaying serious issues and presenting an overly positive external narrative that doesn't align with internal experience. • The CEO appears to function more as an extension of board priorities than as an independent, effective leader, contributing to a lack of strategic direction and accountability at the top. • Minimal investment in employees no meaningful development programs, training, retention efforts, or recognition which erodes trust and engagement over time. • Similarly, there's insufficient investment in technology and infrastructure, leading to platform and service delivery problems. These issues harm client satisfaction and make it increasingly difficult to retain business.
