MECCO has had such a positive impact on my career. It's been very rewarding to work at a company that welcomes new ideas and supports employee growth. The ability to create your own path and have a big impact is huge if you are a high performer. Compared to other companies of its size, I've found that MECCO is very forward thinking with their focus on culture. I’ve received support to go and learn outside of these walls, and I’ve been rewarded for the results I deliver.
