1.Salary delayed more than 3 months. 2.No increments. 3.No work according to profile 4.Employees have to live on their sites and interesting thing is that you didn't get the traveling allowance to go on their site,you have to pay your own. 5.No working time,You may need to work day and night because they always have to complete their work in emergency. 6.No holiday on 15th Aug and 26th jan as well and Sunday also. 7.They will give you max 5 days off in 2months to go home(more than 12 hrs are required to reach your home from their site and you need to pay for it ,company wont give you allowance ) 8.Working culture...what to say about it...! the management don't have that much sense to differ the labour work and engineer work,some times you need to do labour works(like digging,cleaning of control rooms,control panels). 9.Risk about the life : you need to work in other states(according to their sites) where the local govt officer treat you like their slaves and bad thing is that company management tell you to accept this things and lots of time you will came in touch with local guys, they will never miss a chance to tease you for their entertainment and always argue with you and try to dominate you.
