Nothing to say, great company

Used to be a great work environment with great like-minded, hard working employees; benefits were fair; work/life balance, culture and values used to be great

Since the current leadership team took over 3+ years ago, the company is driven by their individual goals for their personal resumes - at the expense (ie RIFs) of long time hard working employees who knew the business inside and out. One off-shore teams was brought in and trained by now former employees who were told the off shore team would free up our time to learn "other things" presumably the new platform; another off-shore team is developing a new platform.
