Work from home, comfy job Flexible starting time Team and boss are great Every one is happy to help each other with work and questions Only do outbound calls, no inbound calls The work isn’t so bad, but the goals are too high Only one or two meetings a month, other wise every one talks through teams chat. If you don’t hit or struggle to hit goals, the attitude they have is one where they want to help you succeed and offer more coaching, tips, or coworker shadowing vs getting scolded

It is impossible to grow as the goals to hit promotion are near impossible Workflow is forever changing. Training binders are not great and needs to be worked on, but again if you have questions the team is happy to help The goals the higher ups have set are out of touch of what can actually be achieved. Quality and productivity goals are too much. The work systems fail a lot. They don’t do any bonuses anymore. Pay is not good
