      Poor upper management decision making. One of the worst managers ever - who would put a sales guy in charge of the IT department? Bonus susceptible to managers personal feelings.

      Wonderful coworkers and by yourself most of the day.

      Pay not equal to the job being done. Quest gets paid 20. Micromanaged. Harassed about taking a break but then are expected to make times for jobs. Hired for one thing and then put on another. Do not actually promote anyone from within. Can’t get supplies in a timely manner (specifically item barcodes). Etc.
