6yI appreciate you taking the time to share feedback however I am dismayed to learn that it has been such a negative experience since joining.
I too recently joined Medallia and, since coming aboard in February to lead our Professional Services organization, first and foremost my mission has been to seek direct feedback from employees and customers. I’ve had the opportunity to meet with and solicit feedback from a majority of our teams globally, most of them being on the front-line. As shared in our most recent All Hands, I believe that we’re actioning that feedback swiftly and with sincerity, including the introduction of new performance-based incentive programs, additional focus on career development, and improved accountability at various levels.
