Employees here are exceptionally smart and collaborative and the company emphasizes maintaining this culture, even as we grow rapidly.

Growing pains. It is not easy to go from 200 employees to 600 in about two years. Workloads can be heavy, processes are still getting worked out. Career paths aren't always clear in a company changing and growing this quickly.
