The environment is unlike any other and everyone is truly passionate about what they do and how they contribute to the company's success. You are well taken care of at Medallion, you are not just a number to them, and it shows in everything they do for employees. From employees to customers, strong relationships and loyalty are at top when it comes to priorities, and you can't say that about most companies.
