Svantaggi
Oh lord where to begin: - Executive management is full of posers who dont have the slightest clue as to what they are doing - Work/life balance is non-existent - No career development - direction on projects are changed at a moments notice - employee morale is the lowest I have seen in my 15 years + of experience - The interview process is overtly long (it took me 8 weeks to get through the interview process) - 'Clique' mentality. I was on a team, where an executive would jump into a conference room with a select few managers and they would complain about anything and everybody. It was pure gossip and immature. - Do not have a grasp on technology. Rushed a major digital transformation at the C-Suite's behest without knowing the massive underlying issues with their current tech stack and more importantly the data. - Management in charge of the digital transformation had no clue what they were doing and it was obvious. It led to even lower company morale during this time. I could keep on going, but i just wanted to provide some insight as to how this was during my time there.
