9yThank you for your review. MediCopy is proud to offer our employees an open floor concept plan with no cubicles. We do change our plans as the government changes healthcare. Unfortunately, this is the inevitable. We strive to research affordable plans for our employees and look at different plans when insurers drop out of the exchange (like BCBST). Our other benefits are constantly getting better as we grow as a small company. There is plenty of room for growth BUT you must take the steps to grow personally and professionally and go above and beyond to be recognized. Valuable and talented employees get recognized. MediCopy is proud to reward deserving employees with annual raises, superseding industry standards, every year. MediCopy continues to hold steadfast with employees by offering promotions and advancements within the company. Our leadership team and I have always had an open door policy. If you would have expressed the “cons” you listed prior to your termination, I could have addressed them with you one on one. In the future, I encourage you to open the lines of communication. Goals are apart of business - always has been - always will be.
To address the “flashy” CEO: I do not apologize for what I have. I have been in this field for almost 24 years and in business for 17 years. I have slept on the floor at my business, worked 80 hours a week, taken pay cuts or not even been paid at all over the years. I suggest that you work hard, stay focused, focus on the positive and success may happen to you. If you need help throughout your career or general path of life my door will always be open (just like it was when you were employed here at MediCopy).
