- Great, paid training - Very kind leadership, understanding of personal needs - For an individual just getting their start in the professional space, they were quick to see my strengths and weaknesses and help as needed.

- Vacation is not great, 2 weeks a year (you can do unpaid time off, though) - Work from office for first 6 months is also nuisance
