Other than the low pay this is a great company, the job allows you to interact with great people all over the company. Being on call is not for everyone but in this job it was not that bad just made it difficult when you didn't have help and had to cover 2 territories.

Pay is just too low and could be approved upon Advancement doesn't seem like a realistic option here with how the in business is set up
