      Medilogix offers excellent pay and benefits. They pay overtime. Driving all day in the company delivery van is nice.

      The company is understaffed so you likely will be overworked (60 - 70 hours a week). Delivery techs also have to drive and meet other employees hours away to trade equipment when needed. On-call was 24/7 and I was unable to take a day off. Ever. I often had to go on runs all night and was expected to be in for morning runs without any sleep. Inventory is a mess. Management is poor.

      Other than the low pay this is a great company, the job allows you to interact with great people all over the company. Being on call is not for everyone but in this job it was not that bad just made it difficult when you didn't have help and had to cover 2 territories.

      Pay is just too low and could be approved upon Advancement doesn't seem like a realistic option here with how the in business is set up
