1) Heaps of extra work hours 2) Always understaffed 3) No structure 4) Management doesn't have a clue or don't care about the employees 5) Promotion is almost impossible 6) Promotion is not based on performance it's based on the number of year's with the agency (pity promotion) 7)Heaps of well-being and training initiatives that employees can't take advantage of because of agency always being understaffed and overworked.
