The management from the very top to the direct managers in sales are extremely negative and narrow minded. They are not open to suggestions and do not make changes to processes unless it is "their idea". They cuss at employees verbally and through email and never miss a moment to put someone down even if they are hitting their quota or exceeding.
They say they are big on "work life balance" on their job reqs but once you start working, management wonders why you aren't putting in 12-14 hour days and will email you at all hours expecting a response.
There is a lack of resources for training. If you are looking for somewhere to get started and learn the product and have resources to assist you, this is not the place. You will be surfing between 5 different data bases looking for the answers to your questions only to find pages taking 5-10 minutes to load or just not loading.
