One of the major issues is the retention of executives from various acquisitions, resulting in an abundance of overpaid leadership without clear contributions. The constant shift in the GTM strategy every quarter left the team feeling uncertain.The products consistently lagged behind industry rivals. One of the most disappointing aspects was the company's treatment of its employees. When nearly 30% of the workforce was laid off, the severance package provided was only two weeks. This starkly contrasted with the company's ability to fund a co-CEO position, continuous hiring, and funding trips for select employees following the RIF. I deeply regret my decision to work here, and I would caution anyone considering joining this organization to carefully weigh their options and consider the company's priorities.
