The non cool coworkers at the job

Pay is decent, overtime is hit and miss depending on how picky you are.

Some equipment is old and worn out (especially trucks and stretchers). Preventative maintenance (aside from oil changes in the trucks) is lacking, repairs when things break is definitely lacking (duct tape, bubble gum, and prayers come to mind). Clinical care is certainly not as prioritized as it should be.
