No Employee Review System. There is no mechanism to provide either negative or positive feedback. Rare pay increases were not based on performance everyone essentially gets the same percentage increase. Some Managers were inept and had no authority to impose or enforce performance standards. Lots of favoritism. If management took a liking to you, you were awarded lots of concessions.
