This used to be a good company to work for but it was bought out by venture capitalists and everything it once was is now gone. The only pro is the original product which was the best software billing package ever.

The new integrated EHR/billing program is the worst I've ever seen, and I've worked with several. Trying to answer clients' questions is nearly impossible because we weren't trained effectively on the product. This causes more and more client questions which causes us to be more and more backed up. We used to finish every call on the day it came in but now it can be weeks before a customer will get an answer.
