If you prefer Double Standards, Managers that screw up more than you, but hold you falsely accountable, and a deep rooted feeling of anxiety and hopelessness, then I encourage you to apply. Oh and who can forget the announcement of bonuses, then saying we have to wait for next round of funding, onto; you're not getting them at all. Never seen a company do that. Stay as far away from this place as possible.
