Low wages but expected to do more work. Scheduled days off and then they open the building due to poor planning by management. Members of senior management walk past daily and avoid speaking or engaging with employees but bark orders in larger meetings. They delayed our raises for an entire quarter due to their lack of productivity. They hire lots of temps but will get rid of the actual company employees.
