Like in any medical device sales, you have the opportunity to make great money. You are given a large territory, great budget and the chance to really grow within the company. Flexible schedule which is wonderful as a parent- you create your work week!

You aren't given a company car, and the actual product is outdated. There is also a huge lack of communication within the company making it difficult to really succeed. You are completely on your own; there was no "team" or really even support from other sales reps and coworkers.

I wish there was one

Upper management has no clue what they are doing. Nobody knows how to communicate. Management will throw you under the bus for there own mistakes. VP has hired everyone from a crab shack down the road that he gets wasted at every night.
