I joined Medikabazaar on the 9th May 2022. The onboarding was smooth , quick and welcoming. My heart felt gratitude to Shobha , Ananya, Shyam and Rakhi who made it so , even before in stepped into the Gurgaon office. Whatever little apprehensions I had quickly vanished seeing Vinay's welcoming attitude. The company hosts the work environment that is open , seamless and engaging. The systems are tech driven real time and transparent . The basics like asset allocation , email creation , workspace allotment happened effortlessly and without a follow-up. The coworkers are friendly and eager to help. The team is full of energy and new ideas . The organization offers the best of the two worlds. The energy, zeal and the flexibility of a startup and the stability and hygiene of a stable organization. Medikabazaar offers a great work life balance. With 2 alternate Saturday being off, the work life balance is maintained.The organization has been certified as and by the best place to work in May 2022 in the category of large organization having an employee strength of 500 plus employees. This is what I call as a grand on boarding .
