A lot of flexibility and good life/work balance + nice gifts and events from the CSE (workers representative within the enterprise). Shareholder plan.

Many people with no real experience in high level positions (most of them not able to speak good English). No strategy and scientific vision. No real possibility for career growth and progress, in particular in the research department. Scientists with PhD work as technicians and are hired because of the incentives from the government.

It's a great company to work for and I feel very lucky to be here: the people are lovely and there is a real sense of team work and that we are working towards the same overall humanitarian goal. Everyone becomes a shareholder so we all share in the company's growth and success and whilst everyone works really hard, the culture is casual and fun. It's not a typically hierarchical company so we have regular contact with leaders and the work environment is set up to allow for socialising and creativity. My experience at MedinCell has been unique in my career so far and I really feel I belong to something special working here.
