Penalties are great. Pub Holidays are double and half which is quite good benefit. Well Administrated and training constantly provided by the company in term of hygiene and safety Never had a issue with my payments. Flexible hours

Communication and procedures between supervisors can be a bit inconsistent. It is not really a big issue as each person has their own way to run a service, but it might be a bit annoying for certain employees.
