In response to the subject of pay, all our salaries are regularly benchmarked to ensure they remain competitive compared with similar roles in the current market. We are looking in general at ways we can make improvements to our benefits package and have introduced various new employee benefiting policies this year. The team you were part of has had some recent staff changes however our new Competency and Skills Frameworks are designed to support all our team (including our managers) advancing their skills and knowledge. In time this will help colleagues to move into more advanced roles within Medisoft.
