I love the team I work with. We all work together to make sure we are submitting deliverables on time and producing quality work. Company culture is great, everyone get along nicely and the environment is welcoming.

well they would squeeze you for your skills and once drained, they'll throw you out but will display as they allowed you to resign whilst it was preplanned to avoid giving what you're deserved. If you only have this job and can't survive until you find something better, go with it.
