Below are some points that are extracted from the never ending list of unhappy employees feedback. 1. Time Logs/ Daily Logs (8 hours officially. 12-16 hours for performance appraisal no matter you work or not you need to be inside office) 2. HR Team (A team that needs approval from director for every single action.) 3. Favoritism (Management will blindly follow the feedback given by the heads of each department be it right or wrong) 4. Lack of Professionalism (Nothing is communicated officially on email. Everything is communicated verbally to ensure no employee holds any proof against company's unjust behavior. You will not get an Appraisal/Increment letter even after you request to your HR Team which will look at you with a face that you already know why they can not give you the requested document). 5. Micro Management (Even though cameras are there for surveillance, they don't trust technology so they hired a secret team that will win over technology and will act as eyes of management)
