In regards to compliance to our organizational policies, including the remote work policy, we ask all employes to review and sign-off on standard organizational policies on an annual basis. Failure to comply with Medpace policies, for example the Remote Work Policy, may impact eligibility for discretionary bonus and merit increases. We believe that we provide a flexible schedule to our employees, most employees reviewing 8 days of flexible monthly work from home time. We encourage all employees to escalate cultural concerns to their supervisor and/or Human Resources Representative.
