I have been working for more than 2.5 years at Medsynaptic. It is really a Great place to work. Directors, Managers and co-workers are working towards a common goal, and the work culture cultivates a very friendly environment with good work life balance. The best part of this organization is you are rewarded for your work with recognition and very good hike. Plus there is always room to grow in this organization. Fun activities organized on Diwali and other special occasions are really great refresher , also it helps in team bonding , which eventually lead to a better work place..
