You can't take vacation time. No work life balance.. You are encouraged not to take vacation. Everyone is miserable in the field. If they're working there its because they are waiting to get their 2 years on their resume and go work someplace else. They won't permit or support transfers to other divisions of Medtronic either. It's terrible because people are happy in other divisions of Medtronic, the Minimed division just happens to be particularly bad.
