High turnover in PMO, HR and Supply Chain, 24 people have left the company from Supply Chain under said toxic leadership. 11 have left HR roles including VPs, Directors, Managers. The approval rating of leadership was 41% last year it dropped to 29% with the last survey. The approval rate of Supply Chain leadership and Medxcel continues to drop with each survey. It is well known that the primary goal of current leadership is to obtain power, influence, and success. Even if that means getting rid of individuals whom they feel threaten their goals. Does it make senses for leadership to get rid of hard-working employees? Absolutely not. However, they still do and this work model and style is praised and accepted from the top down.
