Poor Company - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Meeks Group

Unorganized, Dirty, Does not Communicate with Employees, No processes set in place, Unprofessional, Lack of Management. They did not provide me with any duties. I sat for 4 weeks with absolutely nothing to do but stare at a computer. The "training" was someone that really didn't understand her job or the industry. She was out of the office for one thing or another for at least two of those weeks. She provided ne with incorrect information. The verbiage used here is out dated and incorrect. They mislead and take advantage of their clients by charging them for one process, when they run their job a completely different way that's much cheaper and less quality. There is a lot of gossip and drama within the office. No one really works around except a few people. There are a lot of employees that stand around and gab instead of working. they speak very poorly and unprofessionally about other companies and their employees. The "mailshop manager" was extremely arrogant and really took pride in talking a lot of negativity about a lot of people - within and outside of the company.
