Awful, really?! It sounds like recruitment wasn't the right fit for you, it isn't for everyone. But thanks for your feedback, good to hear you liked the people and recognised the incentives. We do promote a work life balance where possible, but recruitment is a results business and hours are often required to achieve that, it's not a 9-5. Best of luck, Paul CEO

Management may be great sales people but lack management skills and employees are mistreated. My advice would be to watch yourself and trust no one. So many examples of men having inappropriate relations with their subordinates. However all upper management lack basic management skills. The job opportunities available for recruiters to advertise are poor. Its been a good few years since I've been there but I am surprised they are still up and running.
