I wrote over a dozen articles for the blog on various topics, and found their editor really easy to work with. Always paid on time, decent compensation for the work involved, and no micromanagement. - Ability to write about Edgar himself (and all of his arms) was a definite plus - Clear style guide - Clear deadlines

Short-term project, so there was no room for growth

MeetEdgar right from the get-go was clear about wanting to take care of their employees. Having come from a couple years of self-employment, I told myself I would only ever accept a new job if the company was as focused on making their employees happy as they were their customers. I really thought it was more of a pipe dream than an actuality, but I was happy to be wrong. MeetEdgar is a fantastic team of qualified people who could each be in charge of a company themselves, but work better together than the '95-96 Chicago Bulls.

While a 100% remote team is certainly more in the "pros" category than the "cons", my only con is that I would love to be in an office with the team I work with. I'm happy that we each get to be where we want (and that obviously helps with sourcing really great employees/coworkers, since our applicant pool is nationwide), but I do wish I could have more interaction with them than Slack. They're too great to not want to hang out with.
