They expect you to work the 10+ hours they do, overtime is never paid - extremely toxic management - biased to any other nationality other than Dutch, rarely ever get promoted if you’re not Dutch. - not international at heart, cultural insensitivity - Low pay - Horrible mental health duration of working here, so many colleagues leave due to burnout.
