Good environment, helped in large part by former colleague leaving who was not trustworthy and brought a terrible attitude to the office daily and despite the talk - was not able to do the job. Since then, much more teamwork, trust, and successes. Compensation and commission are industry high.

Nice Office, and owner overall was fair, caring, and competent, BUT had little involvement in day to day operations & employees.

As a new sales person or recruiter, you receive ZERO support from Senior Sales members of team The President that "did" run the company for 4-5 years has ZERO previous experience within IT Human Capital/Staffing & Solutions Industry. He was also more less the president and acting sales manager. He w/o question is a perfect example of Arm Chair QB...daily he made a point to degrade efforts/actions within sales team, know it all that talked a BIG GAME, but when rubber met the road, he could not/did not lead by example, nor could he demonstrate through "action" that any of his infinite wisdom was effective.
