- comparatively good salary - free snacks/drinks - interesting work (can be done 100 times better)

- politics -> everyone wants a big position and think that they are the most talented people in the world. Do not value colleagues and juniors enough. - Managers take credits for everything and blame the team for failures. - prefer seniority over ability and qualifications - no code-reviews, performance evaluation, bonus or appreciation - the focus is always on selling/delivering immature products that fail at delivery
