Any performance review will find you at fault for something. cashiers are on a timer, and you will get written up for taking too long if a customer needs extra attention. You will receive a bad performance review if you don't spend enough time being friendly to the customer. the health care benefits offered to part-time employees only covers the employee. It can't be used to give coverage to any dependents. For that, you need to be a full-time employee, and the only way to do that is to get 36 hours per week for 13 weeks. You can bet your bippy that no one is allowed to get that many hours.
