Refused to transfer me to GM. One of the managers is extremely rude to some of the employees, even caused a girl to have a panic attack, and made me cry MULTIPLE times. No holiday pay for newer people but long hours. Worked 7 days in a row long hours. Requested days off refused constantly. Everytime i try to talk to the union rep she "isnt there" or they need me somewhere. Breaks are hours late sometimes and even get skipped. Short handed when we need it the most. Expect to be out late because if it gets too busy you arent allowed to turn off your light and leave. If they put you on you scans you will be out late for sure. Oh and if you file a complaint against someone it most likely wont get taken care of unless they are NEW new. One of our managers has MULTIPLE complaints and they refuse to fire them because theyve worked there for years. Not to mention the schedule gets changed a day before you have to work the shift. They love doing that. Dont ever expect to work the hours they originally give you because it will get changed by some low leveled manager.
