Vantaggi

Not much. They pay for the full premium of your health insurance, but the health insurance is pretty bad.

Svantaggi

This is a very toxic place to work. Many on the management team motivate through intimidation and fear. The company is run by two nepo babies who don't know how to run a company. They are more focused on forcing employees to return to the office and replacing employees with outsourced contractors than on improving employee satisfaction. Several of their brands' clothing have price points of hundreds of dollars, yet often have bargain basement quality. It's difficult to grow a brand with such high price points and such low customer satisfaction, yet management demands very high goals. The stress from management at this job caused me to almost completely lose my appetite for several months and made me physically ill. And they don't offer paid sick time - you'd have to use your measly vacation time.

Vantaggi

friendly coworkers and remote days

Svantaggi

Not sure where the company is trying to get at. Most of the office workers are females, the brands are catered to females, but leadership consists of conservative male boomers who have no what women want/like. It's not a shock that the company is constantly in financial turmoil. They don't understand what modern consumers look for, and it might take years for them to catch up (if they do change at all since they seem completely delusional). High price point, low quality, so full of themselves that they can't keep up with their customers. At times I question if they respect their customers at all, or they're just trying to target extremely stupid people to buy their clothes. It's very unlike the typical fashion company, more a sweat shop and pyramid scheme to be frank. It's stated in their company values! They want to give their employees as little resources as possible for the maximum output. Some of my peers who left had to go to therapy, those who pushed through don't get any credit because management has massive egos and a kink for being a brainless slave. Meison had similar reviews when they were Toula corporation. Nothing has changed. Bad karma all around.
