Noura and Maj are my favorite founders couple in the world, They are constantly pushing to make Mejuri grow but they never loose the focus on the company culture and the employees needs. - Plenty space to grow: Because the company's growing every piece of effort count and matters. If you work hard, you receive the appreciation of the entire team and growth opportunities.

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
