      Top heavy company, only hiring directors and serior member. Will not hire people who will actually do the work. Less room for growth and they are always looking for external candidates to new opening.

Your comment around only looking for external candidates is not accurate. In 2023 for our open roles over 20% of these positions were filled with internal team members.       No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
