      As a new grad, I've been incredibly grateful for and amazed by the vast amount of opportunities I have been granted to learn and grow here in my short tenure. The culture is amazing -- the team is so motivated, passionate and helpful and a very talented and intelligent pool of folks to work alongside. I am genuinely always excited to come into work.

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
