It doesn’t matter how well you do. Corporate is based in Canada and they rarely do trips to each store so it’s hard for them to see the role you really play in your store. They add so much responsibility to employees day to day that it takes time away from the actual selling. The corporate team has a lot of drama and they are not as organized as they should be. Our store had some of the highest KPIs in the country but because we had such low foot traffic we wouldn’t make the sales we needed and they put the foot traffic responsibility on the team.
